Since 2022, Arcus has been part of the Nordic Training Group, where we together have around 600 employees throughout Sweden.

Arcus is now looking for a driven and committed career consultant for the Rusta & Matcha service!

As a Career Consultant, you will meet daily with individuals who have been unemployed for a longer period and need your support to find their place in the labor market again.

To succeed in the role of career consultant, you should:

• Have a solution-oriented mindset
• Be trustworthy and able to build good relationships with both participants and employers.
• Have a strong sense of service and responsiveness that comes naturally to you, and you are accustomed to having a lot of contact with other people.
• Be passionate about helping participants succeed in finding work or studies.
• Be able to apply Arcus' methods and working practices to create results and ensure compliance with agreements.

You will work with people both individually and in groups through individual conversations, workshops, interview training, and company visits.

Business contacts are an important part of matching participants with jobs, which means we are looking for someone who can develop a network and has a strong ability to create and maintain business and customer contacts.

Formal Qualifications

Option 1

Education: A university degree of at least 180 ECTS credits.

Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years.

Option 2

Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Career and educational guidance
• Handling personnel matters (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Information

The position is on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service and is announced in Trollhättan. Travel within the service may occur between various nearby locations.
