Job Description

In the role of salesperson at Connective Sales, you will work with active sales via phone. You will contact new and existing customers, identify their needs, and present solutions tailored to the customer.

You will work towards set goals and have your own responsibility for your results, while also being part of a team where collaboration and follow-up are an important part of everyday life.

Experience in sales is an advantage but not a requirement – we offer introduction, training, and continuous coaching.

We are looking for someone who

• Is goal-oriented and motivated by performance

• Has good communication skills and enjoys social settings

• Is comfortable using the phone as a work tool

• Has basic computer skills

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

We offer

• Employment: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period, then permanent employment.

• Clear working hours: Monday–Friday 09-17.

• Compensation model: High commission with no cap.
