About the Role

The Whole Company is now looking for a person who can take on both KAM responsibility for central customers and sales work in stores. The company is in a growth phase, but initially, it is estimated that about 50% of the time will be spent on central customers and the rest on processing groupings and stores.

The company is entrepreneurial, and there are more opportunities than limitations, and you will be encouraged to create new business – both with completely new customers and expanded listings with existing customers.

The products are currently sold to, among others, ICA, Axfood, Coop, Lidl, Gekås, pharmacies, border trade, and Systembolaget. In the future, The Whole Company wishes to further expand its customer base. Your responsibility regarding central customer processing will be Coop and Lidl, as well as new customers such as Rusta, Jula, Eko, ÖoB, and Dollarstore.

The Swedish organization works independently and the role reports to Country Manager Emil Nilsson. The role works closely with Swedish salespeople and the team in Denmark.

To be in the right place in your sales district, we wish that you live somewhere between Gothenburg and Halmstad.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Central customer processing

  • Identify, process, and create new customers and business

  • Set structure and processes to execute and maintain business

  • Capture incoming leads and ideas from customers

  • Nurture existing customer relationships

  • Work with pricing and assortment

  • Work with stores and groupings in your own sales district

Experience and Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Love sales

  • Experience from similar sales roles within consumer goods

  • Ability to build business and conduct structured sales work

  • “Business sense” – good at capturing ideas and business opportunities

  • Economic understanding regarding e.g. prices, margins

  • Strong in negotiation

Meritorious:

  • Post-secondary education

  • Experience in central customer processing

  • Previously worked with impulse categories

Personal Attributes:
