Job Description

As a Business Support, you are a central part of the organization and play an important role in ensuring efficient and well-functioning business flows. You work closely with the sales organization and have daily contact with the finance and logistics functions. The role is both analytical and administrative, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and coordination.

You are responsible for analyzing business data, managing master data and pricing, and acting as a link between different parts of the organization. Furthermore, you contribute to developing and communicating business routines and drive smaller projects related to customer business. The role also involves ongoing system maintenance and administrative support in contract matters in close collaboration with Key Account Managers.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is communicative, humble, and driven, with a strong team spirit and a structured working method. You are goal-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where you can take your own responsibility while closely collaborating with other functions.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
• Have 1–3 years of experience in business support, master data, pricing, or related areas
• Have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to see the big picture in the organization
• Are confident in communicating in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing
• Have excellent skills in Excel and experience in data analysis and working with pricing models

Experience from the recycling industry is highly meritorious.
