Reducero is growing and is now looking for a loan mediation advisor for our office in Gothenburg.

As an advisor, you are responsible for the entire customer journey: you book your own customer meetings, conduct consultations, compare loan terms, and help the customer make the right financial decisions. You work with warmer customer leads and also receive training to be able to sign insurance for customers, making you comprehensive in the process.

Your responsibilities

• Contact and book meetings with customers (warm and semi-warm leads)
• Independently conduct the entire advisory process
• Analyze customers' finances and present improved loan solutions
• Compare banks and terms to provide the customer with the best possible offer
• Sign insurance after completing the licensing training
• Work goal-oriented with sales, communication, and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive, engaged, and driven team culture

Requirements for the role

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Experience in previous work with loan mediation
• Experience in customer contact and sales
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A genuine interest in finance and customer advisory
• Drive, sense of responsibility, and a desire to develop

Meritorious

• Experience in insurance advisory
