About the role
As an Account Manager at Rank, you will be a central part of our growth journey. You will be responsible for building and developing your own customer portfolio with a focus on long-term business relationships. The role is both strategic and operational, and involves booking and conducting meetings (both digital and physical), identifying customer needs, and offering solutions that make a difference and deliver concrete results.
You will also work closely with the company's two founders and have great opportunities to influence both your own development and the company's continued growth. For the right person, there is also the possibility of eventually taking a leading role within the sales team.
Your main responsibilities
- Build and develop your own customer portfolio with recurring clients
- Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting and customer contact to meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Create long-term customer relationships and ensure that Rank's offerings meet customer needs
- Work consultatively and help companies choose the right digital marketing strategy
- Contribute to strengthening Rank's position in the market and drive our collective growth journey forward
We are looking for someone who
- Has a genuine interest in sales and business development
- Is social, self-driven, and has an easy time building trust
- Thrives in a results-oriented environment and enjoys challenging yourself
- Is fearless, competitive, and has a strong drive
- Has a sense of service and always wants to deliver the highest quality
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
Previous experience in sales, especially B2B or digital marketing, is a plus but not a requirement. We will train you in both sales techniques and marketing solutions.
