Bubbleroom has its primary customer base in the Nordic region with distribution to parts of Europe via Zalando. Founded in 2005 as an online shop for exclusive brands, Bubbleroom has since developed into an established market player in party fashion and everyday clothing.

Today, we are about 60 people working at our newly built headquarters in Borås (Viared), and we are now looking for more employees who are driven by the desire to make good business and have a genuine interest in fashion and e-commerce.

Your main responsibilities and tasks:
  • Work operationally with Bubbleroom's organic social media and contribute to developing our presence and expression in the channels.

  • Plan, publish, and follow up content on social media based on an overarching channel and marketing plan, in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Content team.

  • Develop creative content ideas and formats that engage the target audience and strengthen the brand, in line with Bubbleroom's tone and visual expression.

  • Ensure that content is produced and published according to the weekly plan, and coordinate and communicate content needs with Content Creators.

  • Work with basic follow-up and analysis of content and channels and provide insights to the team for ongoing improvements.

  • Create and adapt content for social media, including editing, cutting, and finalizing material.

  • Support in PR-related activities such as simpler press releases, product shipments, and brand activities, as well as assist at events and collaborations as needed.

  • Support the influencer marketing team with PR and UGC bookings.

Who are you? You are a creative and operational person with a genuine interest in social media, content, and brand building. You have a good understanding of how organic content and PR interact to create visibility, engagement, and a strong brand expression. With an eye on trends, formats, and platforms, you use your insights to develop content that feels relevant, inspiring, and in line with Bubbleroom's tone.

You work in a structured and data-driven manner, following up content and channels based on reach and engagement, and translating insights into concrete improvements in daily work. You enjoy working hands-on – from planning, production, and publishing to basic editing and finalization of material.

As a person, you are unpretentious, self-driven, and collaborative. You have an eye for detail, enjoy creating order in a creative everyday life, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, structure, and quality go hand in hand. You plan and prioritize your work well and take responsibility for meeting deadlines and weekly plans.

You have:
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience working with social media at an operational level, preferably within fashion and/or e-commerce.

  • Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Adobe Premier Pro and experience editing material in CapCut.

  • Experience analyzing and working based on data and KPIs.

  • You are structured, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many contacts.

Additional information: The position is located at our headquarters in Viared, Borås. It is a full-time position at 100% and begins with a probationary period.
