About the role

As an Account Manager with us, you will actively work with sales, focusing on identifying and engaging new corporate clients in your local market. You are expected to build relationships with decision-makers at all levels within our designated prospects, with the aim of selling our entire range of staffing and recruitment services. You will also engage with existing clients where we have the opportunity to grow.

You will independently drive and develop your client portfolio and pipeline forward, and be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to signed contract. In close collaboration with your colleagues in recruitment and consulting, you will ensure that you deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and strengthen their operations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and establish new client collaborations
  • Develop relationships with existing clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable, long-term client relationships
  • Work consultatively and offer tailored consulting and recruitment solutions based on client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability in deliveries
  • Work closely with our consulting managers and recruitment consultants to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to developing our sales strategy and business processes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A couple of years of experience in B2B sales within the recruitment and staffing industry, or from a related service sector role where you have tailored solutions based on your clients' needs
  • Experience in prospecting and new client engagement with documented good results
  • Familiarity with engaging clients and decision-makers in senior positions
  • A valid driver's license and experience driving for work

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Relevant experience in selling services within any of our business areas, IT and technology, is also seen as a plus.

As a person, you are results-oriented, possess high professionalism, and have a natural talent for building trust. You are passionate about creating new business opportunities and developing long-term client collaborations, always going the extra mile to meet your clients' needs and expectations. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working methodically, structured, and with a high level of activity. You are persistent and independently find new ways and methods to drive your work forward.

This position is full-time, located at Adecco's office in central Gothenburg. You should be residing in Gothenburg or within a comfortable commuting distance. You will report directly to the Area Branch Manager for South & West. Desired start as soon as possible, considering any notice period.
