Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as handle follow-ups and inquiries that come in.

Working hours

You and your colleagues will work on a rotating schedule, alternating between opening and closing shifts, as well as weekend work every other week.

The station's opening hours are:

Weekdays: 07:00-19:00

Saturdays: 08:00-15:00

Sundays: 12:00-17:00

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probation period of 6 months.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Car washing and damage control.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Class B driver's license (manual) for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.
