About the Position

The position within Customer & Sales Support is a full-time temporary role from

March/April – August 2025.

You will be an important part of our team, working with both customer support and operational sales support. The role involves supporting our salespeople in their daily tasks while being a central contact point for our customers.

You will act as the link between the customer, sales organization, and internal functions, ensuring that issues and transactions are handled smoothly and professionally. The role also includes collaboration with our sister team in Denmark, which means you need to be comfortable working in a Nordic organization and communicating across borders.

This is a role for you who thrives in a service-oriented and business-close environment where tasks can vary from day to day.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Order reception and order administration
  • Actively support salespeople in administrative and customer-related matters
  • Handling incoming customer and support inquiries
  • Preparing documentation, quotes, and follow-ups in collaboration with the sales team
  • Invoicing and administrative follow-up
  • Ensuring that customer and sales inquiries are handled quickly, accurately, and with a high level of service
  • Daily contact with customers, salespeople, colleagues, and the sister team in Denmark via phone and email

The role requires you to be flexible and able to switch between different types of tasks depending on the needs of the business. You will work closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to a good collaboration – both locally and within our Nordic organization.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Work experience in service, support, administration, or sales support is an advantage
  • Experience in business-related work or support to the sales organization is a plus
  • Good computer skills, experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Strong sense of service and business understanding
  • Ability to work in a structured manner while being flexible in your tasks
  • Fluent in Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form
