We are now looking for you who want to take a central role in our HR team and help shape the future organization together with us.

About the position As a recruiter with us, you own the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and requirements profile to job offer. You work closely with our managers and provide a safe, professional, and business-oriented support throughout the process.

Most of your time will focus on recruitment, where you:

• Drive recruitment processes from start to finish

• Actively engage in candidate dialogue

• Strengthen and develop our employer brand

• Build relationships with students, networks, and potential partners

In addition to recruitment, you will have the opportunity to broaden your HR competence by supporting our HR manager in all matters concerning our employees, such as work environment, salary, and competence development. There is room to grow – both in responsibility and competence.

This is a role for you who want to combine operational drive with strategic understanding and who is motivated by seeing the organization develop through the right people.

Who are you?

We believe that you have:

• A university degree in HR or equivalent

• At least three years of experience in independently driving recruitment processes from requirements profile to employment

• A background in service recruitment, preferably within Tech

• Experience in security clearance within sensitive operations (e.g., government or defense)

• An interest in broadening your HR skills and further developing in the role
