We use tests that are matched against a requirement profile to ensure a fair and accurate assessment in our recruitment process. To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to complete the test. The Role of Salesperson

Your most important task as a salesperson is to provide top-class service to our customers. This includes everything from cash register work and baking to stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and tidy.

Being a store salesperson suits you if you are social, independent, and fearless. In our stores, the pace is often high; you work independently and at various times of the day. You need to be a true multitasker to combine everything that needs to be done in the store while meeting all customers with a smile.

Your Experience

You are at least 18 years old, have completed high school, and are proficient in Swedish. You enjoy having a clean and fresh environment around you, are stress-resistant, and willing to work varying hours. We also expect you to provide references from 2 people.

About the Position

The position is a permanent part-time job with 20 hours per week. Your working hours will vary according to a rolling four-week schedule.

Weekends and nights

We offer a salary according to the retail agreement. In addition to salary, the collective agreement also regulates OB rules and working hours.
