Eidar is Trollhättan's municipal housing company with approximately 5,200 apartments – which means that almost one in five residents of Trollhättan lives with us.

In addition, we have premises for both commercial and municipal activities. In other words, Eidar plays a large and important role in Trollhättan, making us an interesting and developing workplace. We are now looking for seven summer workers for our Customer Service.

In Customer Service, you are often the customer's first contact with Eidar, and you meet customers daily via phone, email/My Pages, or through visits to Eidar Center.

Your tasks will include:

• receiving reports of issues
• ordering actions and ensuring feedback to tenants
• guiding tenants with problems in their housing
• handling key matters
• working with rentals, where you manage expressions of interest and guide customers through the entire rental process

You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive good service and a positive living experience.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who wants to work in our Customer Service for eight weeks this summer, starting June 22. The summer jobs are primarily aimed at those studying at university.

You are service-oriented, proactive, and appreciate meeting people. You have good social skills, are easy to collaborate with, and are organized with strong administrative abilities.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Multilingualism is an advantage, and we place great importance on personal suitability.
