We are now looking for several service-oriented Car Renters/Car Care Specialists (CSR/Hiker) for our rental stations in Gothenburg (Landvetter Airport & Central Station) who want to contribute to a smooth and memorable customer experience – every day.

We are looking for you who want to work during our high season (May-August), full-time with immediate start, but also for those who want to work extra as needed. Working hours vary every day of the week between 06:00–23:00, as flexibility is crucial to meet our customers' needs.

About the role

As a Car Renter/Car Care Specialist, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience, from the first contact to the return of the car. Your mission is to create a safe, smooth, and positive rental process where both service and quality are in focus.

You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, such as:

  • Managing bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Renting out cars and establishing rental agreements
  • Cleaning, preparing, and quality-checking vehicles as well as handling minor damages
  • Car delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (B) and that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe that you are an administrative star with an aptitude for learning new systems.
