Ada Service Partner is looking for a B2B inside sales representative who drives new customer acquisition and prospecting within cleaning and facility management. You will work with cold calls, build your own contact lists, and book meetings across our entire service offering, from cleaning and construction cleaning to workplace services. Your employment offer

At Ada, you will be part of a down-to-earth and family-oriented organization with a high ceiling and strong team spirit. We have about 20 office staff at our Ringön office and a total of around 180 employees in the company, which is part of a group with seven companies. You will receive a solid introduction, internal training in our systems, and close support from experienced colleagues. Your tasks

This is a role for you who enjoy creating business from scratch. You are responsible for new customer acquisition and prospecting within our wide range of services and actively work with cold calls to corporate clients in Gothenburg and Västra Götaland. This means that you:

  • Prospect and build your own customer lists within B2B.
  • Contact companies in Gothenburg and Västra Götaland.
  • Book meetings for field sales representatives and operations managers.
  • Conduct needs analyses via phone and digital meetings.
  • Write and follow up on quotes.
  • Register and document in our business and CRM system.
  • Follow up existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.

You will work closely with management, operations, and finance, and actively contribute to developing our sales structure.

Worth knowing

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by TNG and leased as a consultant to Ada Service Partner. The assignment is expected to start immediately and last for about 6 months, with the possibility of extension or employment with Ada Service Partner after the leased period.

The assignment is full-time, 40 hours per week, with working hours between approximately 8 AM and 5 PM. You will work 100 percent on-site at Ada Service Partner's office in Ringön, Gothenburg. Onboarding will initially take place with internal training and introduction to our systems. You will report to one of the Operations Managers and collaborate closely with the Finance Manager.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with previous sales experience who wants to further develop in B2B service sales. Previous experience in service sales, especially in cleaning and facility management, is an advantage, but the most important thing is your potential, drive, and willingness to learn. You are fearless, take your own initiatives, and enjoy creating new contacts via phone.

As a person, you are social, relationship-building, and have an easy time establishing trust. You are motivated by achieving results and always want to be better than you were yesterday. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and are comfortable working in various systems.
