At Martin & Servera, we deliver food, beverages, and services to restaurants and large kitchens across Sweden. We are now expanding our team with an additional specialist in wine, spirits, and beer (WSB). The sales work involves long-term and developing customer relationships where your expertise in wine, spirits, and beer will guide our customers in their business. With care for the customers and knowledge of their everyday lives, you strengthen and broaden their businesses, both in the long and short term. You will also be part of a strong internal community where we work together and support each other.

You will secure our expertise in wine, spirits, and beer and support local sales efforts. You create sales opportunities by proactively establishing a processing plan for our existing customers, but also by, for example, marketing current offers, supporting colleagues in sales, and taking responsibility for achieving our goals for both the specialist area and customer satisfaction. With us, you will have an eventful and varied everyday life. You will belong to our office in Gothenburg and work in a large geographical area, all of Västra Götaland. Working hours are primarily weekdays, but evening and some weekend work may occur.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have

• A great interest in people and are skilled at building good relationships.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• A post-secondary education and experience working in CRM is an advantage.
• A sommelier education is an advantage.
• Experience from previous sales work, and if you have experience in B2B, it is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the role.
