As a customer service representative at Anticimex, you will guide customers, handle cases, and book remediation measures while taking on an advisory role.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a customer service representative at Anticimex, you will be responsible for incoming customer inquiries via phone regarding pest control. The role is advisory and service-oriented, where you guide customers, register cases in the system, book remediation measures, and provide advice on pest identification. The work involves 100% incoming calls via phone and may experience higher pressure at times, requiring you to maintain a faster pace.
The job requires focus, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. The position is based at the office in Uddevalla and involves close collaboration with colleagues in the team.

- Have a completed post-secondary education
- Are available for full-time work throughout the period of May-September
- Have good computer and system skills
- Speak fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Pass a background check
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience from a previous service job, advisory role, or similar industry.
- Additional languages besides Swedish and English
