We are Gothenburg! Do you want to be part of developing the employees and managers of Gothenburg City? Then the role of coach is for you!

The Unit for Leadership and Employee Development is part of Intraservice, which delivers services and digital infrastructure to employees and managers in Gothenburg City.

The unit's services include coaching, training, development initiatives, and recruitment selection. We help organizations, managers, and employees in Gothenburg City to think innovatively and develop. With our expertise, we listen, inspire, and tailor solutions for our clients – the city's employees.

We are now looking for a coach for our unit. In your role, you will coach employees and managers in Gothenburg City together with four other coaching colleagues.

The assignment as a coach may also be combined with planning and conducting training and targeted development initiatives.

Our unit consists of specialists in leadership and employee development who place great value on delivering quality to the city's employees and managers. We value research and evidence-based initiatives and strive to create the greatest possible positive impact on the city's employees. We are driven by a desire to collectively contribute in the best possible way to equip the city's employees for good employee engagement and leadership.

In early 2027, we will move to Intraservice's new premises at Rosenlundsplatsen; today we split our time between Rosenlund, Gårda, and Ullevi depending on the task we are performing.

About You

We see that you have a university degree or equivalent experience that the employer considers equivalent. You are a certified coach (ICF/ICC or equivalent) and have at least 3 years of experience coaching both employees and managers professionally.

It is an advantage if you have experience coaching employees to their next career step or new role. Since the role also involves training initiatives, it is beneficial if you have experience in this area. Please specify in your application the context and extent of your coaching experience (employees and managers) as well as the training initiatives you have conducted in previous roles.

To succeed in the role, you need to be confident and skilled in communication with employees, colleagues, as well as clients and stakeholders.

You are collaborative and work well with others by listening, showing interest, and respect. You understand the common mission and work to make it as good as possible. Furthermore, you are professional and attentive and have a good demeanor. You are motivated to learn new things and develop. It comes naturally for you to come up with new ideas and take the initiative for improvements.
