Examples of tasks may include:

  • Search
  • Reference checks
  • Creating job advertisements
  • Phone interviews
  • Formulating candidate presentations
  • Personnel administration

The internship starts in the spring of 2026 and lasts for the semester as agreed. The work is full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with consideration for any work or reports that need to be written for school.

About You

We are looking for someone who has started a post-secondary education and is eligible to undertake an internship in the spring of 2026. You may also be eligible for an internship through the Employment Service. We believe you may have previously worked in an administrative role or in service in some form, using the phone and computer as tools. In your studies, you may have touched on HR issues and recruitment and are curious to learn more about it. Furthermore, we view positively that you have an interest in using digital recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and that you are comfortable using both English and Swedish as working languages.

As a person, you are social, unpretentious, and enjoy taking on tasks from low to high. You are service-oriented, communicative, and appreciate working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Furthermore, we see that you have a positive attitude towards challenges, are meticulous and structured, and responsible in your own work. Being a competitive person who enjoys engaging in business will be key to your success as an intern at Adecco!

Important for the internship:

  • That you are studying HR or a similar field
  • That you are eligible to undertake an internship, either through your education at a college/university or through the Employment Service

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
