About the position

This is a part-time consulting assignment where you will work 20 hours per week. The assignment starts in mid-May and lasts until the end of August. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at StädGo.

The company is well-established and has several large clients in Gothenburg and surrounding areas, for whom they perform both small and large assignments. The office is located in Hisings Backa, where the work is based.

💼 Responsibilities

As an administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and supporting colleagues in their daily work. Your tasks include managing emails and communication via digital platforms, planning staff schedules, vacations, and substitutes, as well as creating and administering customer agreements and quotes. You will also be responsible for checking time reporting and keeping in touch with staff to follow up on issues related to illness, feedback, or other matters. The role involves participating in team meetings and interviews, and if necessary, practical tasks such as picking up materials may also occur.

• Contact with staff and follow-up on time reporting

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education

• Good knowledge of the Office suite, primarily Excel and Teams, is a requirement; knowledge of the Tengella system is a merit

• Experience in administration is a merit

• A driver's license (B) is a merit

• Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement; Spanish is a merit
