As an accounting specialist with us, you will become our expert in financial accounting and reporting, responsible for ensuring that information is delivered accurately and on time to both internal and external stakeholders. You report to the CFO and belong to the finance department, whose mission is to support and guide our managers in the financial area and actively contribute to the company's joint development.

Your main responsibilities

• Advisory expert in accounting.
• Responsible for the investment process and asset register.
• Year-end closing work (monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts) including reporting, annual reports, and consolidated accounts.
• Company tax returns and tax calculations, property tax returns.
• Accounting for value-added tax including periodic summaries, calculation, and reporting of energy tax.
• Liquidity planning.
• Statistics and other ongoing administration.

As a person, you take responsibility and work in a structured and meticulous manner. You have a genuine interest in accounting and corporate finance, and your communication skills make it easy for you to collaborate with others, create understanding and anchoring.

Qualifications

• University degree with a focus on economics/finance or equivalent experience deemed comparable.
• Good system skills and digital work experience, with experience from various financial systems.
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting, including preparing financial statements, annual reports, and consolidated accounts.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting in limited companies.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in the energy sector or from an accounting or auditing firm. Experience in managing projects such as system changes is also an advantage.
