This summer, we need to strengthen our team here at Apoteket Juwelen to take care of all customers in our prime location at the hospital's main entrance.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-16:00, and Sundays 10:00-16:00.

The position is a summer temporary part-time job during June-August, but both the scope and time period are flexible.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medications.

• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care. We prefer that you are currently studying to become a pharmacist and have completed self-care training or are willing to undergo our internal training.

• You have experience from a pharmacy or another retail environment.

• You have experience working with customer interactions.

• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see every customer.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
