ABOUT THE POSITION
As a customer service representative at Anticimex in Uddevalla, you will handle incoming inquiries from business customers regarding pest control. You will work with phone calls, emails, and managing cases in digital portals.
An important part of the role is to ensure high service quality by providing advice and booking technicians as needed. You will be part of an engaged team that works closely together to provide customers with the best possible experience. During the summer, it is especially important that everyone is present, and the position therefore requires 100% on-site work in Uddevalla.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming phone calls from business customers regarding pest control
- Respond to and manage incoming email inquiries from business customers
- Work in three different portals where cases are registered and managed
- Call private individuals as needed for advice and booking of technicians
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling follow-up visits
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying a post-secondary education with at least 2 years left
- Has previous experience in service roles
- Has good administrative skills
- Is fluent in Swedish & English
- Has a B driver's license and access to a car when needed
