Job Description
Do you have a background in customer service, real estate, or technology and are ready for the next step? Then we have an assignment for you. Göteborg Energi is currently looking for a technical customer coordinator.
The role is responsible for generally being able to answer questions about the company's products/services both over the phone and in internal case management systems. This means that you will handle/resolve and
be responsible for customer cases in order to ensure and increase customer satisfaction.
No technical background is required to succeed in this position. Göteborg Energi has the expertise and will provide you with a long introduction. What you do need to be is curious!
At Göteborg Energi in technical support, you will learn many exciting tasks and various aspects of customer management.
Working hours may vary, with opening hours being 24/7 year-round. (Daytime/Three shifts) is relevant for this position, and on-call duty may occur.

- Receive and handle fault reports
- Fault resolution
- Scheduling
- Technical support within our various product areas
Qualifications
- Works well with others
- Good at making decisions, taking initiative, improvising, and prioritizing
- Has a natural customer focus and wants to complete your cases with a satisfied customer as the result
- Has a three-year high school education or equivalent
