On behalf of a client, we are now looking for someone with experience in customer service/sales who wants to work with existing customers. There may be both outgoing and incoming calls. Therefore, we prefer candidates who have a combination of both outgoing/incoming experience. This role is suitable for those at the beginning of their career who want to join a large company with good development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Provide support and guidance on credit issues.
• Contact customers to follow up on collection matters.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in customer service or administration.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Experience handling incoming and outgoing calls.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
