At Buddy, we collaborate with Sweden's largest operators where our salespeople assist companies, primarily in Western Sweden, with procurement of telephony solutions and switch systems.
As a Meeting Scheduler, you ensure that the team's salespeople get out to customer meetings and you make sure their day is as efficient as possible. Before you book a meeting with a customer, you check the customer's prerequisites and ensure that it will be a rewarding meeting for all parties. You are responsible for your own routines and processes and thus the development of these so that they become as efficient and smooth as possible. Your main communication channels are phone and email, but networking and creative solutions and ideas are always welcome!
About you
You are a driven person with a good ability to motivate yourself and plan your and others' work in good time and as efficiently as possible. You have a few years of experience in corporate sales or meeting scheduling, preferably within telecom. You are structured and systematic in your working method and you enjoy working towards clear goals.

We apply individual salary setting where the salary consists of a fixed and a variable part. The position is a permanent full-time employment located at our fantastic office at Stigbergstorget Majorna, Gothenburg, or if you prefer to work from another favorite place, that's no problem; we work just as well remotely.
