About the role KIA Tagene is one of KIA's leading facilities, and we are proud to deliver high-quality cars and exceptional customer service. You will be part of an engaged and professional team where we work together to create satisfied customers and grow in the market.

As a Corporate Salesperson with us, you will have the chance to work with KIA. Your main task will be to guide customers through the entire sales process – from the first contact to handing over the keys to their new car. You will help customers find the right solutions by presenting our models, advising on accessories and financing options, and ensuring that each customer has an experience that exceeds expectations. You will work closely with both the sales and KAM teams and report directly to the sales manager on site.

Who are you? As a person, you are results-oriented and have a natural ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment with varied tasks, while being able to independently organize your workday. You are unpretentious and see the value in collaborating with others, which allows you to function smoothly in a team. You are proactive and schedule meetings with companies to create business opportunities, either through visits or invitations to meetings with us. With your social and trustworthy personality, you create business naturally and always strive to deliver high-level results.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

  • A couple of years of sales experience

  • Strong skills in building long-term customer relationships and understanding the importance of customer care

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Driver's license (B)

  • A couple of years of B2B sales experience is a plus

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly meritorious but not a requirement.
