Jape is looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative

At Jape, we are looking for an engaged and relationship-oriented outdoor sales representative for the district of Blekinge/Småland/Gotland. As an outdoor sales representative, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with retailers in the paint and construction trade. You will be responsible for strengthening the brand's presence by deepening existing collaborations and creating new long-term relationships.

In the role of outdoor sales representative, you will plan and conduct customer visits, hold training sessions, work with store displays, and participate in events and fairs. You are expected to be independent in your planning and execution of customer visits and actively participate in developing the product range based on customer feedback.

You will report to the sales manager and work closely with colleagues in sales and marketing. We highly value participation, knowledge sharing, and feedback, and see you as an important part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Relationship-based sales to retailers.
• Independent planning and execution of customer visits.
• Participation in fairs and events.
• Training in stores.
• Ongoing dialogue regarding product development and customer feedback.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a traveling sales role.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B.
• Experience in the paint and construction trade is an advantage.
