About the Role

Here, a fantastic customer service team works together to provide our customers with unbeatable service while having a great time! Your main responsibility in this role is to assist our customers and act as an advisor during the purchase on the platforms where we meet our customers; via email, phone, chat, and social media.

Since no day is the same, you need to be solution-oriented and go the extra mile to exceed our customers' expectations. As the pace can sometimes be high, it is essential that you can work efficiently while maintaining quality. You also need to have the ability to sell to customers and see how you can meet their needs to elevate the shopping experience to new heights.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Swedish and proficient in one of the languages Italian, Finnish, German, or Spanish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus. Experience in a similar role is certainly an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, you are an engaged joy-spreader with a strong work ethic. A good attitude is a given for you, and we would love for you to have an interest in sports and leisure products.

Our Offer

The position is a permanent employment of 100% with an initial six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement.

The position is located at our office in Grebbestad.

Who Are We?

Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB started in 1991 and today has 21 stores under the name Sportshopen and one store under the name Bazar. In Sörred outside Gothenburg, we have our 20,000 sqm automated warehouse and office. In Grebbestad on the west coast is also our headquarters and our largest store, which is the Nordic region's largest sports store at 14,000 sqm.

Our stores are located throughout Sweden, from north to south, with a growing e-commerce that also extends to the European market. Sportshopen is now one of the larger individual players in Sweden in sales within sports and leisure. Our range mainly consists of clothing and shoes from leading brand suppliers, but we also develop and manufacture our own brands – clothing that can be used for activities in harsh climates, year-round.
