We are looking for a strategist to drive and develop work within care production and accessibility.

You will be a key person in ensuring that our patients receive care in a timely manner and that our resources are used in the best way possible.

About us

To work more purposefully from Södra Älvsborg Hospital's (SÄS) holistic perspective, an organizational change is underway where the operational unit will be organized into a coordinated staff together with other units within SÄS. The staff area's task is to work in strategic and operational perspectives regarding purposeful administration, with all of SÄS as the client.

About our open position

You will have an exciting and varied assignment where you drive the development of methods for production planning and management. You will be an important partner to the operations and contribute with support, coaching, and educational efforts to create understanding and engagement.

The position entails:

  • Contributing with facts, mapping, and analysis for planning and management of production
  • Defining and clarifying concepts and ensuring routines and guidelines that support production planning
  • Supporting and coaching operations during the implementation of production planning and management
  • Developing methods that strengthen planning and management
  • Contributing to the development of strategic activities for increased accessibility
  • Following up on production outcomes and, if necessary, developing action plans at the strategic and tactical levels

Your profile

You have an academic university or college education that the employer deems relevant. To succeed in this role, you have experience in analysis and follow-up related to production and accessibility. You are accustomed to driving and leading change work. Furthermore, you have experience working in specialized healthcare.

As a person, you have an analytical approach and the ability to understand the whole and how different areas affect each other in a larger context. You are used to creating structure and mapping and analyzing a large amount of data to draw conclusions and make decisions. You have high integrity and maintain objectivity in various types of investigations. You are driven and have an interest in developing processes and methods. Communication is a natural part of your professional role, and you have the ability to engage and inspire those around you in an educational manner. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate and build trusting and long-lasting relationships.
