Case and Service Planner for Established Company

Are you a structured person with a sense of service and good planning skills? Have you previously worked in an administrative role and want to move on to new challenges? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Our partner is an established company that installs, troubleshoots, and repairs household appliances, heat pumps, and cooling systems. To ensure that their customers receive quick and professional assistance, we are now looking for a structured and communicative case and service planner. Your tasks will include receiving and managing incoming cases via phone and email. You will plan and coordinate technicians' workdays by distributing assignments and booking technicians based on skills and availability. This is a role where you work independently but have daily contact with internal departments and customers.

Full-time, Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in an administrative and coordinating role
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Meritorious:

• Experience from a similar role in the same industry
