Are you an engaged and driven person who wants to work with sales of inspiring kitchen solutions to private customers? Härjedalskök, one of the largest players in the kitchen industry in the Nordic region, is now looking for two new kitchen experts - one for Gothenburg and one for Malmö. As a salesperson here, you will have a varied everyday life with home visits, customer meetings, and various sales activities, while also having the opportunity to drive the entire sales journey from the first contact to the finished kitchen.

About the position This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Härjedalskök.

Härjedalskök is part of the Nordic Kitchen Group and is one of the largest players in kitchen solutions in the Nordic region. The company owns the entire value chain - from production to sales and installation and has over 30 years of experience. They are now looking for two new salespeople who enjoy a varied everyday life and like to meet private customers in their homes to create kitchens that fit their everyday lives. The company works closely with its customers and places great importance on collaboration, energy, and good customer experiences - they love kitchens, but people even more.

Job responsibilities

As a kitchen expert and salesperson at Härjedalskök, you will work with proactive sales towards the private market and have a varied everyday life where customer meetings at private homes constitute a large part of the work. The goal is to inspire customers and together develop the best kitchen solution based on their needs and wishes. In this role, you will build long-term and trusting relationships, adapt the sales process to each customer, and ensure a safe and inspiring experience throughout the journey - from the first contact to the finished kitchen. You will be responsible for contacting private individuals interested in a new kitchen solution, booking and conducting home visits with potential customers, and presenting kitchen solutions in an engaging and trust-building manner. In addition, you will participate in various sales activities such as fairs, events, booths, and other arrangements. You will also have great freedom under responsibility and plan and structure your own workday in close collaboration with the sales manager.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Previous work experience in sales/customer service is highly meritorious

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• B driver's license

To be successful in this role, you are responsible and engaged in the entire sales journey - from the first contact to the finished kitchen. You adapt your dialogue and working methods to the customer's needs and wishes while ensuring clear progress. You work structured and persistently with sales, motivated by delivering strong customer experiences and driven by creating long-term results. Good communication skills are important, both towards customers and internally with colleagues, to create security and quality throughout the process.

Start: By agreement Location: Gothenburg or Malmö (Home office with company car) Salary: Fixed salary + commission
