PERSONNEL PLANNER

About the position

In our department, we are responsible for planning the work of bus drivers at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. In addition to daily staffing, this includes optimizing time increases, initiating and developing schedule compositions for the annual reassignment, and managing the annual vacation allocation. Whether it involves permanent positions, time-increasing positions, or day-planned positions, we operate based on laws and agreements, economics, and an objective and fair handling of our staff. Personnel planning is located at our depot in Hisingen.

As a personnel planner, your main tasks will be:

• Staffing day-planned and need-based personnel
• Planning activities such as training, union time, personnel discussions, etc.
• Managing requests and leave applications
• Answering questions from drivers, operations staff, and team leaders

Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop by learning about time increases and timekeeping.

Your Profile

As a person, you are results-oriented and have a well-developed ability to collaborate. You possess logical and analytical skills and a drive to develop the organization and work methods. Since this role involves close collaboration with several other internal functions, you need to be communicative while also maintaining integrity.

You have good system skills and enjoy using a computer as your primary working tool. Previous experience in leadership is an advantage. We also see that you need to have a genuine interest in labor law and collective agreements, but what you don’t already know, you will learn once you are on site.
