Our Offices

Our offices operate based on the local conditions of each location, either by local entrepreneurs who are co-owners of the local business or by engaged site managers, who together with their employees develop the local business. The group currently has 10 operating companies. The payroll and finance function is handled by the office in Kristianstad, but otherwise, we try to maintain as decentralized an organization as possible. Wikan Personal follows the local market, which means that the different offices focus on the locally strong industries. We place great emphasis on our staff, their well-being, and development. Your Responsibilities

As a sales consultant manager at Wikan Personal, you will work with our customers, consultants, and job seekers. The main responsibilities are:

Business Development and Sales: Introduce Wikan Personal to new customers and manage and develop existing customer relationships through high presence and long-term relationships. You will also participate in networking events and other relationship-building events to strengthen our brand and create new contacts.
Recruitment and Staffing: In close collaboration with our customers, you will identify the skills and personality that best fit the assignment. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from selecting candidates to conducting interviews and taking references.
Customer and Consultant Responsibility: In your work, you play a key role in ensuring that our consultants get a good start on their assignments and maintain close contact throughout the assignment. You will visit purchasing customers every week, follow up on any customer requests, and identify future staffing needs.
