Club Manager/Administrator Wanted at Sandsbro AIK

Our current Club Manager will be on parental leave for 6 months from April to September, so we are looking for a temporary club manager/administrator for our association. Sandsbro AIK in Växjö is a local football club with 900 active members, and you will play a central role in leading and developing our operations. You will be responsible for all tasks within the association, including:

· Administrative tasks: Manage membership records, finances, and accounting.

· Communication: Be the contact person for members, sponsors, and media.

· Event planning: Organize and execute events, competitions, and meetings.

· Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and sponsors.

· Leadership: Lead and motivate staff and volunteers.

Qualifications:

· Experience in association work and leadership.

· Good knowledge of finance and administration.

· Strong communication skills and social competence.

· Ability to work independently and take initiative.

· Passion for developing and improving association activities.
