Hello there! My name is Evelina, and I am the new department head here at the ICU in Ljungby. We need to expand, and maybe you are just the right fit for us! As part of our knowledgeable and dedicated team, you will work with advanced care and treatment of critically ill patients. The role involves varied tasks, a fast pace, and close collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

The Anesthesia Clinic is a clinic with operations in both Växjö and Ljungby. It includes units within anesthesia, intensive care, surgery, and sterilization technology. We have about 350 employees working in a broad and multifaceted operation in a technology-intensive environment. We collaborate closely with many other clinics and specialties.

The Intensive Care Unit in Ljungby is a general ICU with 2 care beds and a total of 19 recovery places. Here you will have the opportunity to care for patients from various specialties, creating a stimulating and educational environment. Our fantastic team consists of about 35 passionate employees, including nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors, all dedicated to providing the best possible care.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an intensive care nurse with us, you will work in a team together with nursing assistants and doctors with the patient in focus. You will also be involved in MIG and trauma activities.

We are looking for you, an intensive care nurse, who wants to help develop the intensive care unit by contributing your knowledge and commitment to ongoing improvement efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with specialized training in intensive care and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in emergency care or intensive care. Knowledge of the documentation system Cosmic is also an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are flexible, with good empathetic and problem-solving abilities as you can analyze and solve complex problems.
