The cleaning service is an operation within Regionservice where about 120 employees work in 5 departments. We work to keep the premises clean, but above all to minimize the spread of infection. We are now looking for new employees for both permanent positions and temporary contracts in our departments for deep cleaning, outdoor cleaning, and Regionservice staffing. We warmly welcome your application!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a cleaner with us, you play an important role in creating a clean and safe environment for both patients, visitors, and staff. We clean not only with the eye but according to evidence-based techniques that aim to prevent infections and the spread of infection among our colleagues and patients in the hospital.

Your tasks include cleaning patient rooms, corridors, waiting rooms, offices, and other common areas. Some of the cleaning is done with cleaning machines. Within our deep cleaning department, building and moving cleaning are also included. The tasks can be physically demanding, so you need to have good physical fitness and enjoy being active.

As an employee in Regionservice staffing, you will work at different workplaces each day depending on where the need is. You will primarily work in the various departments of cleaning but also in other departments within Regionservice with tasks such as inventory management or transportation.

No matter which department you work in, you will have your own responsibility for your work area but be part of a team where collaboration and precision are key to success. It is important for us that you as an employee thrive and that you have a sustainable work life, and we therefore continuously work on our work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

It is an advantage if you have a high school diploma and experience in the field. You must be at least 18 years old by the time you start working.

What we consider important for all positions and what we will value is that you have a good attitude, enjoy providing good service, are responsible, meticulous, have good teamwork skills, and have good physical fitness.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish in speaking, reading comprehension, and writing, as well as some computer skills. A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.

For deep cleaning, we are looking for someone with drive and commitment who wants to influence and develop the department forward.

In outdoor cleaning and Regionservice staffing, you need to be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes, as we sometimes need to reorganize and move employees. You enjoy working in different workplaces and can easily adapt to various work groups and environments.

In connection with employment in deep cleaning and staffing, a background check will be requested.
