We are now expanding the nursing team at WeMind BUPi Växjö. For us, it is important to have a safe and pleasant work environment where every employee has a stimulating work situation and also has fun at work.

As a nurse at WeMind, you work both independently and in a team with doctors and psychologists to ensure good care and nursing for the patients. You act as a primary care contact with the task of coordinating care around the patient. You maintain close follow-up contact with the patients and offer advice and evaluation of ongoing care using self-assessments as tools. Meet our nurses. Main responsibilities:

• Advice
• Follow-up of medication treatment
• Care planning
• Annual checks
• Patient and family education
• Registration in quality registers

• Regular training and professional development, both internally and externally. Examples of internal training include regular lunch lectures with prominent speakers on the latest research and digital training via our training platform
• Structured and diagnosis-specific care processes for assessment, investigation, and treatment based on national care programs and the latest evidence

The clinic in Växjö has been operating for almost a year and is within the care choice for child and adolescent psychiatry. It is an outpatient clinic that receives individuals aged 6–17 for psychiatric assessment, investigation, and treatment.

The premises are centrally located in Växjö, and the staff group consists of professional categories including specialist doctors in psychiatry, psychologists, nurses, and administrative staff.

• Licensed nurse
• Experience in psychiatry, preferably in child and adolescent psychiatry
• Meritorious if you are further educated as a specialist nurse in psychiatry

We are looking for someone with an interest in the varied work and the multifaceted tasks that come with being a nurse in psychiatry. You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first, ensuring good quality in care. You are responsible and have a good ability to plan and organize your work.

At the same time, you are flexible and have good collaboration skills, and are used to making assessments and decisions in consultation with doctors and nursing staff. You have a positive attitude and find it important to have a good social work environment and team spirit.
