JOB DESCRIPTION

When you work with us at the Medicine Clinic, you gain broad competence, but also the opportunity for specialized competence based on which department you are interested in. As a nurse, you take care of patients and provide qualified care by being the hub of nursing, making decisions, and coordinating the care situation. Each department has colleagues with long experience and high competence who can support you when you need help.

What do we offer you?

• Eight weeks of introduction
  We have learned a lot about what conditions are needed to make sustainable planning aimed at a good work environment and a pleasant atmosphere. Your introduction is extremely important, and therefore we offer you an individual introduction over eight weeks where you will follow experienced colleagues. You will receive a department-specific introduction plan focusing on patients' diseases and needs through clear areas and goal fulfillment, as well as review meetings. If you feel ready to take on the role of responsible nurse earlier, there is of course the possibility of a shorter introduction.
• Development program for newly graduated nurses
  In addition to a solid introduction at the Medicine Clinic, we offer you as a newly hired nurse in Region Kronoberg a specific development program. The program aims to facilitate the transition from education to working life and includes three main areas;
  - About the nursing profession and leading nursing work
  - Skills and scenario training at the Clinical Training Center, KTC
  - Quality and patient safety
• Paid further education for experienced nurses
  With us, we invest not only in newly educated nurses. The goal is to create curiosity among all staff and for no one to feel completely educated. We encourage further education, and if you choose to study a specialist education, you have the opportunity to complete it with retained salary during the study period.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to contribute to our team. We welcome both those who have recently graduated and those with previous experience. As a person, we see that you have a good attitude towards both colleagues and patients and are engaged and solution-oriented. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
