RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you are responsible for the patients in our department and will have the ultimate responsibility for their well-being. This means that you carefully monitor their medical parameters, conduct patient examinations, and ensure that all medical interventions are adequate and effective. Through close collaboration with nursing assistants, doctors, and other professionals in healthcare, you ensure that the patients receive the best possible care and treatment.

Your role extends beyond medical responsibility; as a leader within the team, you are also involved in guiding and motivating your colleagues. Together with them, you participate in rounds and contribute to the dialogue both internally and externally, for example with the municipality, to ensure a cohesive and effective care chain.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in hospital care, which is meritorious but not a requirement. We see you as a person with a positive attitude who sees opportunities rather than obstacles and has a strong commitment to your work. As our workload can vary, it is important that you are flexible and can work in a structured and methodical way even in stressful situations. A good approach and a focus on the patient are natural for you and characterize your daily work.
