FINANCE ASSISTANT FOR VÄRNAMO

Do you have previous experience working with accounts receivable and invoicing? We are now looking for a finance assistant with a focus on accounts receivable for our client in Värnamo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a finance assistant, you will work broadly within finance, with a special focus on accounting and invoicing. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient handling of the company's invoices and assist in ongoing accounting. This assignment is a temporary position with immediate start!

PERSONAL QUALITIES QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with previous experience in finance and accounts receivable, who enjoys combining administrative tasks with financial duties. Furthermore, you have a relevant education in finance, or work experience in the field. We would like you to have:

• Experience in invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Ability to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous, enjoying both individual work and teamwork. You are also solution-oriented, have good analytical skills, and a genuine sense for numbers.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Eterni in Värnamo and work at our client's site. We offer a temporary position with immediate start.
