We at TopWork are looking for a service-oriented administrator for our client in Älmhult!

Are you a meticulous and dedicated administrator who thrives in a dynamic work environment? We are now seeking a skilled administrator for a 1-year temporary position with one of our clients in Älmhult.

As an administrator, you will be a key person in the daily operations. You will support the organization with administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth flow of work. You are both an internal and external point of contact and therefore need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in administrative work.
• Is service-oriented and creates a positive and professional atmosphere around them.
• Is structured and meticulous, while also being able to adapt to changes.
• Has strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Is fluent in Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The position is a temporary one, and you will be employed by TopWork. As a consultant with TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who will support you in your assignment with the client. We provide advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
