Job Description

As a candidate manager, you will work on finding personnel for our clients. The tasks include responsibility for the recruitment process from start to finish. You will be in contact with actors where Montico's future consultants may be found and participate in fairs, open houses, and recruitment events.

You will closely collaborate with your colleagues at the Växjö office, and you will achieve your goals as a team. In the team, you support each other, are unpretentious, and uplift one another.

The position is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

You are accustomed to using a computer as your working tool and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. We place great importance on personal qualities, your drive, and commitment.
