About the role
Our office in Växjö is the heart of our operations and home to our administrative team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be a key person in the team. As a Payroll Administrator with us, you will have a broad role where you will be responsible for payroll management, some finance-related tasks, and also act as a sounding board for HR issues. An important part of your work will be to create structures and routines for our administrative processes. There is great freedom to design work methods and independently solve challenges.
Main responsibilities:
- Payroll administration and related HR issues
- Some finance-related tasks
- Support project managers in administrative and financial matters
- Create and develop routines and processes within payroll, HR, and finance
- Work closely with the team to ensure effective administrative functions

About you
We are looking for someone with education in payroll and/or finance and at least five years of experience in payroll, HR, and finance tasks. You have a good understanding of HR issues, or know where to find the answers, and some knowledge of collective agreements is advantageous. Additionally, you have an understanding of financial project follow-up and can handle other finance-related tasks. You speak and write fluent Swedish and can also communicate in English at a medium level. Experience working with D365 is a plus, and a background in companies in the construction industry can also be beneficial.
As a person, you thrive in a specialist role and are driven to get things done. You have a practical and solution-oriented approach and enjoy working both independently and with others in a team. You have no problem working in a male-dominated environment and have a flexible and unpretentious attitude where you see the value in tackling both simpler, routine tasks and contributing to more complex projects. You are good at prioritizing and can handle multiple parallel tasks simultaneously.
