We are looking for a new employee for our reception in Alvesta as our current colleague will be moving on to another role within the organization. The position involves handling incoming calls and emails, welcoming and assisting visitors, and performing administrative tasks in the reception. You will work in a team with two other colleagues, jointly managing the reception between 7 AM and 4 PM on weekdays. You will be the one primarily responsible for the phone and email.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person who is passionate about service and has the ability to show commitment and interest in every interaction. It comes naturally to you to act kindly and professionally towards both customers and colleagues. To succeed in this role, it is important that you can work effectively and structured at a varying pace. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

Formal requirements;

- You should have a high school education.

- Experience in reception and switchboard work.

- Experience in administrative tasks.

- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- You should be able to handle computers and various systems with ease.
