Now we are looking for the next team member in the position of a sales-oriented receptionist at Nordic Wellness Växjö Teleborg and Växjö Arena!

Being a Sales-Oriented Receptionist at Nordic Wellness

Your job will mainly be about one thing. It is to provide our members with an incredible training experience. This means that the club always needs to be presented in the best possible way and that the members are greeted in a friendly, professional, and joyful manner. It is you who, together with your colleagues, contribute to creating our familiar and welcoming atmosphere at the club.

When you come to work, your mission is to ensure that the club's members are well received and that they are in a clean and fresh environment. You are the host, which means that you ensure that there is order and tidiness at the club. You make guests feel comfortable and at home!

The work hours at the reception involve variety and require flexibility. This is where your sales sense comes into play. Each member is unique in their own way, and it is up to you to provide them with the information they need. You know that customer service can be as much about improvisation as information, but mostly a combination of both.

What are we looking for in you?

You are at least 18 years old and are a person who enjoys interacting with other people. Creating new relationships and listening to others' needs is something you feel comfortable with. You are flexible with working hours, as you should be able to work during the day, evenings, and weekends. It is important that you can work independently, take your own initiatives, and see what needs to be done. You should be creative in finding solutions and seeing opportunities to develop the club. The workplace is an environment where a lot is happening simultaneously, so it requires that you can work at a fast pace and be flexible with the various tasks that the job entails. You should also feel comfortable with physical work.

It is not a requirement that you have worked before; we are looking for you who want to go the extra mile in what you do, where tasks that are started are also completed. It is important that you have a willingness to strive forward and learn. We see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can use it both verbally and in writing. If you have previous experience in sales, it is a big plus, and if your heart beats a little extra for training and health, it is an even bigger plus!
