DenBro Omsorg is looking for hourly substitutes for our youth accommodations in Växjö

Please note that we require social or pedagogical education. Or that you are currently studying in social pedagogical subjects or similar.

Our accommodations are aimed at young people with autism diagnoses as well as additional diagnoses. The youth living with us are between 16-20 years old and need a lot of support and care. Together we create a safe, meaningful, and developing everyday life. Daily and household chores are included.

Denbro Omsorg AB is a company in the care industry that has been operating accommodations according to LSS 9:8 for young people with various disabilities, primarily NPF, since 2010. We want to create conditions for further studies or work, independent living based on individual needs, and a meaningful leisure time.

We are looking for secure, careful, and responsible employees! Ideally, you have experience and knowledge of neuropsychiatric disabilities, social and psychiatric issues, and a genuine interest in working with young people.

We hope that you have a relevant pedagogical or social education or that you have previous experience with the target group and are currently studying a similar education.

We hope you are skilled at using your knowledge and sharing it, and that you have the ability to create a good atmosphere in your surroundings.

Together with your colleagues, you are solution-focused, attentive, and involved in joint decisions. You communicate well in words and text, and we want you to have knowledge of social documentation.

You should have knowledge of KASAM and low-arousal approaches, but also be eager to learn more, as this is the perspective and method we work with.

A driver's license is required at all our workplaces.

In our accommodations, young people live and stay around the clock, so you need to be able to work days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping night shifts. We are primarily looking for hourly substitutes who can be flexible and step in at short notice.

At DenBro, we will work to give the young people who come to us a fun and educational stay. The tasks in the accommodation may include supporting our youth in finding structures for the day, getting to school, and attending activities. You should be a good role model, a safe and warm adult, but you must also be able to be playful and friendly.

Staff should, sometimes together with our youth, prepare meals, and we manage our accommodation with all the chores that exist in a home, such as cleaning and laundry.

As staff, you participate in the development work of the organization, document, and have various responsibilities that you will perform independently.

Please note that we will be recruiting continuously, so do not hesitate to send in your application!

Email your CV and cover letter to the recruitment manager for our Växjö accommodations: [email protected]

We look forward to meeting you!
