About the Position

We at Olivia Personal Assistance are now looking for new employees who want to work part-time, full-time, or as substitutes as a personal assistant for our male client in Växjö.

The working hours are scheduled as follows on weekdays and weekends:

• 07:45-22:00 (May be changed to shorter shifts on some days)
• 12:00-22:00
• 22:00-07:45 (awake night shift)

Access will be arranged by agreement, and we prefer that you can start training immediately.

About the Client

The client is a man in his 23s with Cerebral palsy and needs your help with most things in his daily life. Some mornings during the week, he attends a day program where you as an assistant are not present. He also enjoys engaging in activities with his family, exercising, and swimming in the pool. The home is equipped with aids such as a shower chair, electric wheelchair, and lift.

The tasks include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
• Accompanying on activities

Are you the one we're looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, responsible, and humble towards other people's life situations. Professional experience as a personal assistant or other healthcare experience is advantageous but not required. If you have experience with the client's functional variation, you may be the one we are looking for. You are a non-smoker and not allergic to pets; there are cats in the home.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Not allergic to pets, cats are present in the home
• Non-smoker
• Proficient in spoken and written Swedish to document correctly
• Able to handle chlorine and be a proficient swimmer

Employment Rate: 2 positions 70-100%. 1 position as a substitute when needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
