About the position

We are now looking for new employees for a woman in Växsjö.

The ad refers to several positions as this is the start of a new assignment. There is thus an opportunity to influence and have preferences regarding work shifts, etc., as long as you are the right person for the job.

The work primarily involves monitoring and being present as she suffers from respiratory issues. However, the job also includes regular tasks related to personal hygiene, meals, dressing and undressing, household chores, and other needs that arise in daily life. Other activities may include accompanying her on walks/shopping or other errands.

Currently, there is no fixed schedule, and a basic schedule will be built as the workgroup is established. Assistance will be provided around the clock, so expect to work both day and night shifts as well as weekends.

About you

We are looking for a woman aged 25-60 who wants to work as a personal assistant. A requirement is that you should be able to speak Arabic and be understood in Swedish.

As an assistant, you should be proactive and take your own initiatives while also being attentive and open. Previous work experience in personal assistance/other care experience is meritorious but not a must if the personal chemistry is right.

It is very important that you are smoke-free and fragrance-free during your shifts and avoid other strong scents such as hairspray, etc., as it affects her breathing ability.
