Personal assistants are sought for users in Markaryd Municipality.

We are now looking for employees as vacation substitutes in personal assistance. We are looking for someone with knowledge of autism and IF and/or acquired brain injury. Can work with structure and low-arousal responses.

You will work with users who have a disability that requires support in their daily lives. The job means that you need to take great personal responsibility, be flexible, and have a good approach.

As a person, you enjoy doing activities that the user also likes.

The assistance is performed in the user's home, where you, with the user's participation, carry out activities based on their needs. The job includes administering medication, which means you will need to meet the requirements to receive delegation to administer medication.

The work is primarily full-time, but even if you wish for a lower working degree, you may still be of interest to us. The assistance will be performed in Markaryd Municipality.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience of working as a personal assistant or who has otherwise worked with people with disabilities, giving you comparable experience.

It is advantageous if you are a trained nursing assistant, personal assistant, or equivalent. Being able to use visual support and clear pedagogy is also seen as advantageous. If you have or have had delegation and have experience with medication management, this is also advantageous.

As a person, you are flexible and see opportunities, with a desire to work in a way that is in the best interest of the user. You are accommodating and work to promote the user's quality of life.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. The positions will be filled when necessary decisions have been made.
